For a smooth Returns process, be sure to read the terms below.
Customers are entitled to receive an exchange within the first 14 days of receiving the products. After 14 days no exchanges will be accepted.
All tags and labels must still be attached as new to the garments.
Send us an email with the following:
- What you are returning
- The Invoice number of the order
- The reason for the return
Refunds: Change of Mind & Wrong Sizes
Please be aware, if you order the wrong size or if you change your mind, the following applies.
- 25% Restocking fee will apply on all wrong-size refunds to cover handling, banking charges and warehousing costs.
- Refunds for customer payments will be less 25% of the Invoice price
- Refunds for customer payments WILL NOT INCLUDE any shipping costs
Refunds: Faulty or Damaged Goods
- Before requesting a refund due to faulty goods, please forward a photo of the fault
- Be sure to quote your invoice number and we will arrange a replacement
- Returns will be accepted within 14 days in original condition and unopened.
Special Order items will not be accepted for return.
Worn garments / Health concerns
Due to health concerns, garments that have been worn with clear sign of use will not qualify for refunds, returns or exchanges.
